Gene has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, preceded by 8 years of experience in management consulting. Most recently, Gene served as Director of Learning for McKinsey & Company, where he led the global L&D strategy supporting over 10,000 client service professionals.

A leadership development innovator with strength in structured problem-solving and experience in developing centered, trust-based leaders. He specializes in teaching and developing power skills such as problem-solving, structured/analytical thinking and relationship building.

Gene has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University (San Antonio, TX).
