R.A. Williams runs a Business & Strategy Coaching practice. Her clients include leadership teams, individuals, and organizations seeking to make a significant change. She has a background in Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring, and Strategy Consulting, as well as coaching leaders in the not-for-profit and creative sectors. She is an accredited Executive and Team Coach, Facilitator, and Mediator. Alongside her work with founders, scaling businesses and investors, she has successfully coached a number of professional services clients in areas including Business Development, Client Skills, Innovation and Effective Leadership.
