Adriano is an accomplished management consultant and sales expert based in Zug, Switzerland. He runs his own consultancy, specializing in helping organizations enhance their talent management strategies, improve employee engagement, and drive performance through optimized human resources practices.

With a career spanning both consulting and academia, Adriano brings a wealth of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. He has worked as a Director at the Corporate Leadership Council, advising senior HR executives from over 100 of the world’s largest corporations. In this role, he helped shape strategies around Talent Management, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management—areas that are central to his consultancy work today.

In addition to his consultancy, Adriano has served as a lecturer at the Finance Institute of the University of Lucerne, where he has shared his expertise in the intersection of finance, economics, and corporate decision-making. His work combines economic value with strategic choices made across organizations, particularly within support functions like HR and operations.

A recognized expert in sales as well, Adriano has extensive experience in Challenger Sales training, a methodology that empowers sales teams to challenge their customers' thinking and guide them to better solutions. By integrating this approach with his talent management and organizational expertise, Adriano helps businesses improve not only their internal operations but also their approach to market-facing challenges.

Holding a master’s degree in economics and the teaching of economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Adriano brings a powerful mix of academic rigor, real-world experience, and a passion for helping organizations thrive in a competitive landscape.
