Andres is a former partner at McKinsey & Company, leading Digital McKinsey in France and as co-leader of the EU Digital Consumer sector.

Now he is a professional facilitator and speaker with Lead by Conversation and formerly with EuroBusiness Media as presentation skills and public speaking coach.

A frequent facilitator of McKinsey learning programs on topics including digital innovation, negotiation and client counseling, he founded and operates the first European collaborative craft coffee roastery which has several retail locations in Paris.
