Constantine is a leadership and organizational development specialist, and a seasoned executive coach. With over thirty years of experience across industries and geographies, he has successfully led transformation projects in the aerospace, FMCG, professional services, sustainable energy, medical devices, insurance, financial services, education, software and IT, the public services and pharmaceutical sectors.

His expertise is in talent management, strategic planning, executive coaching, and change implementation, with a particular focus on organizational psychology.

As an executive coach, Constantine has an innate ability to quickly build trust, identify and focus in on what makes people distinctive, supporting them to identify the 'unlock' for them to realize their full potential. He does this by balancing his pragmatic style with empathy and care.

Prior to consulting, Constantine held senior leadership positions in corporate organizations. He was President of Global Leadership & Talent at FIS Systems, where he introduced and embedded talent initiatives. This included partnering with Cornell University in developing and launching high potential programs. Before joining FIS Systems, Constantine headed up talent and people strategy in Asia for Thomson Reuters, based out of HK. He started his career with Procter & Gamble; progressing into senior sales and supply chain leadership roles prior to leading organisational development in the Asia Pacific region, during his ten years at P&G.

Constantine is passionate about making a difference to the lives of underprivileged children through targeted intervention, leveraging the resources and support of his clients. He partners with the New South Wales Police in providing grants, and employment and mentoring programs for underprivileged youth in Sydney.
