Dan was formerly Executive Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance at CEB (now Gartner), where he presented research findings and led workshops with hundreds of General Counsel, Chief Risk Officers and Chief Compliance Officers of U.S. and global multinationals with management and risk-related services.

More recently, he was Managing Director at AdvanceLaw, which is a collective of more than 300 general counsel sharing outside counsel performance; he also was Director, Client Solutions, Novus Law, which provides fact analysis in complex investigations, litigation and regulatory matters.

Dan has a JD from University of Chicago Law School and is a frequent contributor to legal publications such as Legal Evolution and Corporate Counsel magazines
