Dr. Marieke van Dijk is a seasoned facilitator, executive coach, and learning consultant with a passion for unlocking new perspectives. For over two decades, she has studied the science of human and organizational behavior, incorporating principles from psychology, neuroscience, and business to design and facilitate impactful workshops that drive both personal and business growth. Clients describe Marieke’s facilitation style as engaging, inspirational and positive. 

Marieke is a Fulbright scholar and holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and an MA in Cognitive Neuropsychology from Maastricht University. She brings an exceptional blend of academic rigor and practical experience to each session she leads. She has worked extensively with executives around the world, delivering leadership development, personal growth, and sales communication programs. 

Her global expertise spans 9 countries in Europe, 40 states in the US, 3 countries in Asia, and South Africa. Marieke’s focus on leadership and team development, as well as instructional design for interactive (online) learning, enables her to effectively equip professional services partners with the tools they need to thrive in a competitive landscape. Marieke lives in The Hague, the Netherlands.
