Jake Tuber

Facilitator

Dr. Jake Tuber is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, consultant and professor. His work as an organizational psychologist has traversed a broad range of industries including professional services, tech, financial services, media, consumer products, fashion, and agriculture.

Jake graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelors in philosophy, received his masters degree in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University, and completed his doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership from Columbia University. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds an additional coaching certification from the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA). He received an Advanced Interpretation Certification from Hogan Assessments and is qualified in additional advanced psychometrics. Jake was previously named to the Leadership Center for Excellence's List of 40 Under 40.

Previously, Jake managed a global team as a Director at CEB before eventually joining the full-time faculty of CEB's Leadership Academies, eventually going on to start his own firm, Ticonderoga Advisory, in 2017. He currently lives in Westchester, NY, with his wife and two daughters, and in his spare time works as an advisor to several professional track and field athletes.
