Keith is a longstanding professional services leader focusing on helping senior executives and organizations identify and communicate their unique value to their clients, customers, and colleagues.

He provided strategic and operational best practices and advice for B2B and B2C leaders through positions at The Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and Frost & Sullivan. At Spencer Stuart, he was part of the leadership consulting group helping Fortune 100 firms enhance talent acquisition and retention.

Most recently his interest in the intersection between leadership development, upskilling and the future of work, involves supporting workforce development companies, edtech, nonprofits and higher education institutions via roles at The Education Advisory Board (EAB) and Whiteboard Advisors.

Keith holds bachelor and graduate degrees from Trinity College Dublin, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
