Chief Operating Officer

Leslie is Chief Operating Officer at DCM Insights where she is building enterprise value and leading efforts to enhance quality and efficiency as we continue to rapidly scale the business, accelerate growth and deliver global impact.

Leslie brings deep expertise in tech-enabled services and talent development solutions with a proven track record of transforming businesses by leading large-scale change initiatives. 

Prior to DCM Insights, Leslie served as the Chief Operating Officer at ExecOnline, a B2B executive education company, where she led strategy, operations, product and marketing efforts to deliver engaging learning experiences for enterprises and their leaders. Leslie was previously the CEO of STEMconnector where she drove efforts to bring together leaders across public and private sectors in reshaping the workforce and increasing the global pool of STEM-ready talent.  Earlier in her career, Leslie was an executive at CEB, an information services firm that assists C-level executives and business leaders to develop talent growth strategies.

Leslie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.  As a New Orleans native, she developed an interest in education and community development and has been involved in supporting efforts in both New Orleans and Washington, DC, where she now resides with her husband, and two children.
