Matt has been a teacher, leader, and builder of businesses delivering world-class learning experiences for more than 20 years.  As both instructor and executive, Matt has led the creation of high-growth professional development programs and platforms focused on leadership development, functional excellence and sales overperformance. 

Having delivered hundreds of executive education and development sessions to Fortune 500 companies, private equity owned firms and professional service organizations, Matt works to develop a deep understanding of client context, resulting in high-quality learning programs that are configured uniquely to audience, geography, company, role, and industry.

Specific to his work for DCMi, Matt brings not only his personal experience as a former practicing attorney, but his time working with general and in-house counsel as lead faculty for CEB’s Legal Leadership Academy.

Matt holds an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University.  He is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
